Seit 18 Jahren ermöglicht das CrossCulture Programm (CCP) Berufstätigen und freiwillig Engagierten einen Blick über den kulturellen Tellerrand und stärkt dabei zivilgesellschaftliche Netzwerke zwi¬schen Deutschland und der Welt nachhaltig. Wir freuen uns sehr in 2024 vier neue Länder in unser Portfolio aufzunehmen: die Mongolei, die Philippinen, Thailand und Vietnam. Mit diesen neuen Ländern haben wir 42 Partnerländern, in denen wir Stipendien an Personen vergeben, die daran interessiert sind, transkulturelle Kompetenzen zu erwerben, neue Netzwerke zu knüpfen und Berufserfahrung zu sammeln.

Haben Sie Mitarbeitende, die nach einer beruflichen Weiterentwicklung suchen? Dann ermutigen Sie diese doch, sich für das Programm zu bewerben, um neue Impulse für die Arbeit Ihrer Organisation zu erhalten!

CCP Synergy fördert zivilgesellschaftliche Organisationen aus Deutschland und einem der CCP-Partnerländern, die ein gemeinsames Vorhaben realisieren und sich nachhaltig vernetzten möchten. Gefördert werden Kurzaufenthalte von Mitarbeitenden der kooperierenden Organisationen. Gegenstand der Zusammenarbeit können beispielsweise die Planung und Durchführung gemeinsamer Veranstaltungen, Projekte, Publikationen oder Events. Is your organisation interested in international collaboration?
Are you ready for transcultural learning?

For 18 years the CrossCulture Programm (CCP) enables professionals and volunteers to look beyond their own cultural horizons and sustainably strengthen civil society networks between Germany and the world.
In 2024, we are delighted to include four new countries in our portfolio: Mongolia, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. With these countries we have 42 partner countries from where individuals who are interested in acquiring transcultural skills, establishing new networks and gaining professional can apply for our CCP Fellowships.

CCP Synergy programme supports civil society organisations from Germany and from our CCP countries to work together on a joint initiative and create lasting networks. Funding for short stays, from 7 to 30 days, is provided for two cooperating organisations. Aims of the cooperation can be the development and the expansion of joint initiatives, projects, publications or events.
